RCF was founded in 1979, and offers expertise in all aspects of information management technology solutions including: information engineering; systems engineering and integration; software engineering; database engineering; web architecture; systems, network, and facilities management; electronic services; and specialized advancing technologies. In 1992, RCF was recognized as Minority Business of the Year in the Small Business Association’s Columbus District. In 1995, RCF’s previous CEO, Eugene Rogers, won the Entrepreneur of the Year Award on behalf of RCF. RCF has been involved in the growth of information technology since its inception in 1979.

In all areas of the information systems life cycle, RCF provides the managerial and technical skills necessary to provide integrated solutions for any need identified by our clients. RCF has built relationships with software development companies and hardware vendors that provide a basis to prepare the RCF client for emerging technologies and methodologies.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our founder, Eugene (Gene) Rogers (May 22, 1940-July 2, 2019. Gene served in the United States Air Force and retired after 22 years of service as a Major. He founded RCF Information Systems in 1979 and held a seat on our board of directors until his passing. As President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Rogers grew RCF from fewer than 10 employees to over 140. As a result of his efforts, RCF was recognized as 1992 Minority Business of the Year in the Small Business Association’s Columbus District. In 1995, Mr. Rogers won the Entrepreneur of the Year Award on behalf of RCF. He is survived by his wife, Diana Rogers; two children, two stepsons, 4 siblings, 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
